National insurance broker World 热点黑料 Associates LLC reports it acquired NorthStar 热点黑料 Services of Needham, Massachusetts on July 1, 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NorthStar was founded in 1995 and is one of New England’s largest insurance agencies, providing business and personal insurance. In 2014, NorthStar acquired The 热点黑料 Center in Claremont, New Hampshire, and in 2022 it acquired McCrillis & Eldredge, another New Hampshire property/casualty agency in Newport.
Edward B. Pierce, Jr. is founder and president, and Gregory G. Pierce, is senior vice president of NorthStar.
