The

Product Manager

position will be instrumental in driving and owning business processes and technology design of Plan Price Deliver as their primary responsibility. Plan Price Deliver is a key strategy to drive excellences client planning consistently across our organization, to manage delivery of services to clients ensuring we are on-track and when off-track we take action and to drive client pricing and profitability insights and decision. PPD is a strategic change for our business. The Product Manager will be responsible for other key processes and technology, RMS (document management) is a good example.

The Role




  • Lead design and implementation phases collaborating with the business and technology teams

  • Mange product evolution and strategic design and roadmaps, including business requirements

  • Drive and organize training and change management planning and execution

  • Manage product backlogs aligned to business needs including running business and stakeholder feedback sessions

  • Drive produce evolution and implementations with speed and effectiveness

  • Ensure all documentation is in good order

  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance effectiveness

  • Drive adoption of product including tracking and ongoing management adoption metrics

  • Partner with Leadership to define and implement project plans and timelines that align with company goals and drive business growth

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product development, training, change, implementation and adoption

  • Analyze existing product / processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement by collecting data, interviewing stakeholders, and mapping out workflows

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and successful design and adoption of new processes

  • Drive a continuous improvement culture by coordinating and facilitating activities in partnership with operations leaders.



The Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects
  • Drive strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Escalate and engage stakeholders to resolve issues and roadblocks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Agile)
  • Outstanding working knowledge of the broking business
  • Collaborator and team player to achieve goals
  • Mindset set founded in strong problem-solving skills and driving change at great pace and speed
  • Strong skills in building, collecting and leverage broad data to drive insights and decision making

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary being offered for this role is $170,000. USD -$190,000. USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
